Request account data deletion
To request deletion of your Healthy Pet Thing account and saved dog information, email engagement@healthypetthing.com with the subject "HPT account data deletion".
Include the email address and sign-in method you used for HPT. Do not send passwords or one-time codes. We will verify that you own the account before processing the request and confirm the outcome by email.
This is a manually handled request. Removing a connection in your identity provider does not by itself delete your HPT account or saved dogs. HPT cannot delete your Google, Facebook or other provider account.
You can remove individual dogs from My dogs. Deleted data may remain in backups until their normal retention period ends.
